Terry and Stacey are fantastic! They are both great to work with. Their communication was really good, I always knew what was happening with the trades and when they were coming. The tradespeople that work with Home Potential Ltd (HPL) were all great! Terry and Stacey helped me to narrow down colour choices, I was so confident in my final decision. Terry made us a beautiful cabinet with pullouts and a matching mirror. We are thrilled with the results, a beautiful spa like ensuite! Terry and Stacey made the process easy, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their home.

I had a vision for my main floor and kitchen for years and Terry and Stacey from Home Potential Ltd brought it to life. The main floor and kitchen were original to the house and needed a lot of upgrading. Terry worked with me on the removal of two walls, extension of cabinets, new island and lighting and removal of the old popcorn ceiling. Stacey’s design ideas and help through the material selection was outstanding. The countertop material choice blends seamlessly with my choice of island cabinet colour. Terry and Stacey appreciated my different take on colours and were very supportive and gave me wonderful suggestions that heightened my vision. Communication throughout the project was fantastic and the timeline provided was held with only a slight delay to start date. We engaged Home Potential to renovate our entire walkout bungalow to bring it up to today’s standards and design. We couldn’t be happier with the final result. From the plumbing, electrical, tile work, flooring install, and outstanding cabinetry work, by Terry himself, our home was truly transformed. We worked with Stacey and Terry and their company Home Potential Ltd for our kitchen renovation. From our first meeting to our final inspection, we felt like we were with the right company. They took the time to know us and understand what we wanted. All the contractors and staff were easy going and polite. They showed the same level of commitment to doing things right and to correcting any minor issues that arose. From the Interior Designer Oscar (who brought our vision to life on paper), to the painters Blair and Mike, to Paul who made sure our floors had the custom stain (to match our table) and to Mike the electrician (who literally made our world bright and charmed our cat as well) – all of these people as well as the plumber, tile, stain and stone contractors made the project as painless and flexible as possible. Of course, Terry’s craftsmanship on the cabinets can not be beat and even impressed a very hard to impress uncle. Stacey was always quick to respond to any requests or questions we had. As the face and owners of the company they set the tone and were always willing to accommodate our many additions to the project’s scope. Kitchen renovations can be painful and unsettling, but we cannot say enough about how much Home Potential Ltd. eased the process. We would whole heartedly recommend them for any of your renovation needs.

In a climate where every service and supplies are delayed, we feel like we hit the jackpot with Home Potential Ltd. Both Terry and Stacey were hardworking, professional, reasonable, honest and friendly. They worked hard to get our job done in the agreed upon time frame. The end result is a gorgeous, legal secondary suite in our walkout basement. Terry and Stacey were awesome–they helped with choosing colors and designing our bathroom. They turned our old, crowded bathroom into a spacious modern looking bathroom. We are so happy with our cupboards, steam shower and tile/granite. They are awesome to work with. Careful with the house, thoughtful, punctual and honest. I’d highly recommend them for any reno.

As first-time renovators, we were understandably nervous when it came to picking out a contractor to complete our renovation. After getting quotes from a few larger companies, we contacted Home Potential based on the referral of a friend. From our first meeting with Terry and Stacey, we were certain that they were the right company for us. They were very patient with us, answering all of our questions oftentimes outside of business hours. By removing a large pony wall and support post that separated the main living area, installing a new beam and opening up the wall into the kitchen with the addition of a large eating bar, Home Potential succeeded in making our home feel twice the size. We love the custom cabinetry that Terry built and installed in the kitchen and powder room. In addition to that, we have new flooring, paint, lighting and smooth ceilings throughout. Home Potential was incredibly easy to work with and Terry and Stacey were wonderful in helping we novices through what to us seemed like an overwhelming project. All of the trades people who worked on the project were also incredibly professional and easy to work with. Even though we had to delay the start of the project, they were able to complete everything by the original completion date. We would definitely recommend Home Potential for your renovation needs.

Home Potential was selected to renovate our kitchen after we had met with a few other contractors. The kitchen is one of the most difficult renovations for a household as it requires the household to find alternatives to still make meals and carry in as if it were normal. Suffice it to say the project was completed on time and in budget. We are simply in love with our “new” kitchen which is the centre piece of our home … this is where we do most of our entertaining and have received many compliments from family and friends. Terry is without a doubt the best contractor we have ever had the pleasure of engaging. He treated our house as if it was his home. At the end of each day he made certain that his “mess” was cleaned up and put away. He always provided us updates and offered his advice on any changes suggested. With Terry you are never asking a stupid question and he was always available for the “what about this Terry” .. trust me there were many of those. To remove any doubt as to the quality of Terry’s work we also have had him back to do various other projects. Have referred him to family and friends without hesitation. To put it simply we would have Terry back in a heartbeat for any project that needed to be done.

Home Potential Ltd completed an ensuite bathroom this past summer for us. Terry and Stacey were fantastic to deal with, as were the other contractors completing the project. I researched the companies I was considering hiring in depth, and what sold me is the customized pull-out vanity drawers that Terry built. I am so happy with my new bathroom oasis!

We had a major kitchen renovation including new cabinets, flooring and included moving a wall. When a question arose regarding moving the wall, a qualified engineer was called in to make sure it could be moved safely before proceeding. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole operation and the care that was taken in protecting the rest of our home from the worst of the dust and grime. I would highly recommend Home Potential Ltd. to any of my friends and will call on them again when I am ready to do my bathroom renovation.

Home Potential did an ensuite bathroom renovation for me which included the cabinet, quartz countertop, new fixtures and associated plumbing. I was very happy with the proposed plan, Terry’s design and workmanship were excellent. He incorporated features I would never have thought of like the drawer height to allow products to stand and the sliding drawer under the sink allowing me to pull out to see what’s at the back of the cabinet. Home Potential is my go-to contractor for any renovations I may need in the future.

We have two ‘bathrooms’ (vanities and toilets) sharing a common bathtub/shower in our condominium. These were the original fixtures. We had Home Potential replace the vanities, cabinets, toilets in each room and replace the bathtub/shower with a custom tiled shower. Stacey was our contact and co-ordinatorand Terry was the prime tradesman. The whole process from deciding on the concept, the budgeting, choosing the suppliers and fixtures, the scheduling and the construction was handled very professionally. We are very happy with Terry’s workmanship and that of all of his subtrades. Plus everyone was easy and accommodating to work with. We are very pleased with the finished product. We have future plans to renovate our kitchen and our intention is to use Home Potential again for this project.

Terry is such an excellent finishing carpenter and is the ultimate professional; he built the cabinets and installed them to match other existing cabinets; you can’t notice the difference at all.
